k(de)buildsy(stem)co(nfiguration)ca(che) or at least that's the best I can come up with. :) It basically digs through all the config files, desktop files, etc.. and builds a little configuration cache database in your home dir...and sometimes it get's a little tweaked...it's supposed to update every like 60 seconds (configurable)..but with dynamic updates like package updates it doesn't always go smoothly...
