I suspect this is caused by the upgrade of bnd from 2.1.0 to 2.4.1. libfelix-gogo-shell-java/2.4.1-6 in stretch was built on 2015-11-21 shortly after bnd/2.1.0-2 landed in unstable (on 2015-11-16). bnd was upgraded one month later to 2.4.1 but libfelix-gogo-shell-java wasn't rebuilt with this version.
