Hi Christopher, Thank you for the detailed analysis, this is indeed an annoying issue for any package that has to patch the poms. I cope with this by using git checkout/reset to restore the initial state, but that's inconvenient. Is it possible to get mh_unpatchpoms to run before quilt unpatch in the --after-build step?
