Dear Java developers (and other people who have reverse dependencies), I just uploaded to experimental the new upstream versions of libstax2-api-java (4.0.0) and libwoodstox-java (5.0.3).
My understanding is that there should be no incompatibilities with the previous versions; however, Woodstox's POM name changed to com.fasterxml.woodstox.woodstox-core which means that reverse dependencies may need to update their references. This also ends the dual licensing that was in use before: Woodstox is now distributed under the Apache-2.0 license (while Stax2-api is BSD). For reference, the list of build reverse dependencies amounts to: apache-log4j2 davmail jackson-jaxrs-providers libxstream-java lucene-solr osmosis I invite everyone who uploads one of the above to check if things keep working with the new release, so that I can upload to unstable safely.
