First, here is the other dependency I needed to packaged in a similar
way: https://github.com/gturri/jsap-debian

Then, here is the repo from which I'm trying to run mh_make:
https://github.com/gturri/dokujclient-debian

basically, I
* installed libjsap and libaxmlrpc packages (as well as the doc packages)
* installed libguava-java with apt-get
* then I run mh_make, and I specify that I do not want to run the
tests (but that I do want to generate the Javadoc)
