Hi Stephen, It's just a matter of moving the libjoptsimple-java.git directory on alioth from /srv/git.debian.org/git/collab-maint to /srv/git.debian.org/git/pkg-java. And the post commit hook has to be adjusted to forward the messages to the right list.
If you are in the collab-maint and pkg-java groups on alioth you can do it even if you aren't a DD.
