We're preparing a release of Eucalyptus for Debian which may or may not make it into the next release, but we are heavily reliant upon jetty6 and would appreciate it if it could stick around a while longer.
No problem with this on my side, current jetty8 packaging supports installation alongside jetty6 and both versions can coexist in the repository as long as required.
