If we ignore this error someone can face it in runtime. I couldn't get an amd64 machine to test it yet, but I guess the problem should be caused by some difference in the native part of gstreamer or the way that gstreamer-java maps it. As the source code is the same and the java bytecode is expected to be the same, the only other point of failures would be jvm or javac, which is improbable. The upstream team is going to release a new version (1.4) in the next few days (maybe next week).
