RFS: tomcat6 (Fixes default value for init script variable)

Hi

I am looking for a sponsor for tomcat6 (6.0.20-9) - the upload will fix
a problem with setting the default value of JSVC_CLASSPATH in the init
script.

Here is the latest changelog entry
tomcat6 (6.0.20-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix spelling issues.
  * Always set JSVC_CLASSPATH to a default value in init.
