Here is what I have done: * If the latest changelog entry is tagged as UNRELEASED, I just added [ Emmanuel Bourg ] * Update of the URLs * Rename Jakarta Commons to Apache Commons into the current entry * Otherwise, I created a new entry (UNRELEASED too) with myself as author and with the entry "* Non-maintainer upload." and with the same entry as c/c upper. I don't think it deserves any uploads for now and to all maintainers, feel free to change anything if you are unhappy with the way I did it.
