That was an experiment with an alternative workflow with svn. The goal was to have feature branches instead of checking in patches directly. It worked ok but is a bit messy, svn doesn't exactly make this easy. (BTW I'm going to suggest removal of tomcat5.5 since we have tomcat6 now and it seems to be working pretty well.)
