No Idea, but I'm happy to accept suggestions / patches for javahelper to do these things if it is helpful. Surely though you don't need to use the path to these directly? The JRE/JDK should deal with that
What about apps like jcc (the app where I submitted and had accepted a patch that use DEB_BUILD_ARCH_CPU and special cased powerpc) that link against the jvm?
