What _is_ a reason to remove someone? A package maintained by a MIA would normally be orphaned. It's easy enough to add the person back when (s)he starts working again. In the specific case of Wolfgang, who did a _lot_ of packaging but hasn't been heard from for almost a year now AFAIK, can we perhaps agree that he is MIA and may be removed from Uploaders fields? Would someone who is a DD run the MIA scripts to check if there is some recent activity?
