That's true. See #203052 for the reason.
libapache-mod-webapp appears to be the only connector available now. I
don't care to upgrade to apache2, and since mod-webapp is deprecated,

I'd rather not use it anyway.
There will soon be a tomcat-connectors package that builds mod_jk2 for both Apache 1.3 and Apache 2.0 - until then you can use libapache-mod-jk from testing.
