Eclipse error - libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0

When I try to run eclipse, I get the error message:

eclipse: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

What do I need to do to correct this problem?
