They're non-free, they're buggy because the ftp-masters refused to even look at an upload for over six months, and I have no enthusiasm for continuing to pursue support for Sun jdks of any kind within Debian. If the ftp-masters really believe that Debian can't redistribute the 1.1.8v3-1 packages I uploaded last year then they should have already removed these packages.
