Yes, in general I would like to have them both installed too... for testing
compilation etc...
I guess they should not conflict, and use the alternatives method, right?
What I've taken to do(ing) is installing both, from .tgz files, and then
using a symlink and an updated $PATH and $JAVA_HOME/$J2EE_HOME variable
to go back and forth...
it's not the Debian Way, but it works.
