The current version is 0.6, 0.1 hasn't been there for over 40 hours (which is a large amount of time in the development of the tomcat4 packages :-)) and didn't include any webapps. So there was nothing you could access, although this should of course give a 404. Could you try this version? Please remove your old version first, some directories have been repleced by symlinks and dpkg doen't change this on upgrades.
