Just a formal note, that the curren pracitce is that the apps first
migrate to a newer tool, _then_ the old version of it is removed from
the archive, not the other way round.
In particular old libs (like libant1.5-java) can be temporarily (prior
to removal) moved to the 'oldlibs' section to underline the fact that
they should not be used anymore.
