Hi. Since my name has come up in the context of kaffe co-maintainership a few times now, I figure I might as well clarify my position.
I expect I would have neither the time nor the kaffe-specific expertise to be a co-maintainer - my main use of kaffe is in testing other packages under different JVMs, and I'm not overly familiar with kaffe's internal workings. There are others who would be far better suited for this (Arnaud for one). Although given the history of kaffe in debian I certainly think co-maintainership would be a valuable thing, and I encourage the people involved to pursue it.
