OK, thanks, but.... the "usage.html" file, provided with the 3.0 and 3.1 binary distributions of javacc (and displayed when I downloaded the 3.0 binary from http://www.experimentalstuff.com/Technologies/JavaCC) does not mention BSD.
I will contact the upstream author (sreeni according to javacc.dev.java.net) to make things clearer. I'll also ITP now.
