Not that I know. But doing a 
|apt-get build-dep eclipse
|apt-get source -b eclipse 
worked for me.

You could also get a gnome2.2 backport, that should also do the
trick with the dependencies. No c++ Code in eclipse, so no problem
with the compiler change.

Gnome2.2 libs make eclipse look real good under Linux. But wait
until the recently fixed 100%CPU Bug in gtk is backported 
(libgtk2.0 2.2.1-4).
