I just want to learn basic Java programming. That means it would be enough to have support for non-gui applications. But I want the package with the most compatibility to the official implementation. The compiler should be easy to use and most important compatible. I should allow JIT and compilations to machine code. > Heiko> Which of these possibilities is the best one if you are a Java > Heiko> beginner?
