Warning ajp14 in jtc is a currently under developpement
and don't expect a release before some weeks. For Tomcat 3.3
, you should consider ajp13 and mod_jk from tomcat 3.3 dir.

Since TC 3.3 will be RI for Servlet 2.2/1.1 and since the included
mod_jk works pretty well, I'll recommand you to use mod_jk/ajp13
and wait for a future release of jakarta-tomcat-connectors to 
use the whole new mod_jk (which will use APR) and ajp14
