Well it is wrong<tm> but for personal use it will work :)

The problem with fop 0.17.0 (as I can see) is that it requires java 1.3
to build. :(

Well I'm about to package this version of fop (but have lack of time right
now) and previously I have problems with no java 1.3. :)
