Hello, I am upstream maintainer of "Back In Time". I am interested in your opinions and experiences.
When the GUI of a software is translated into Japanese what is more usual when it comes to quoting signs: 「 」 or " " ? My native language is German. I am kind of "familiar" with Japanese but wouldn't say that I am able to use that language. I have native speakers for the translation of the GUI. What feels more natural? What feels awkward? Here you see some examples of the GUI in its English form. One is using 「 」 and the other " ". So they modifying each others translation and wasting resources with that. I would like to somehow prevent my translators becoming frustrated. Regards, Christian
