afaik serve il pacchetto smbfs.

Immagino che invece il pacchetto smbclient sia già installato
nel tuo sistema. Penso che sia quello che venga utilizzato
dall'applicativo che stai usando e che riesce ad accedere a
quelle condivisioni.
