dunque:

hkp 11371/tcp # OpenPGP HTTP Keyserver

ho provato gpg a firewall giù, cioè con tutte le chain in ACCEPT ma non
è cambiato nulla.
per la cronaca il mio firewall ha tre righe per l'input:
Chain INPUT (policy DROP)
target prot opt source destination
DROP tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp flags:SYN,RST,ACK/SYN
ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere state RELATED,ESTABLISHED
ACCEPT all -- localhost.localdomain anywhere
direi che non dipenda da quello...
