BINGO! Mille grazie Stefano, in effetti era sufficiente seguire
questa[¹] guida e mettere lo script in /lib/systemd/system-shutdown/
invece che in /usr/lib/systemd/system-shutdown
Ed in effetti spero anche di aver risolto: sembra che fosse rygel (che
avevo abilitato ma che non uso)! Ora l'ho disabilitato e sembra essere
andato tutto a posto.
