ma il log di exim dicono perche' rifiuta la connessione?

appunto, l'indirizzo tuo vero conviene metterlo in /etc/email-addresses
e lasciare exim.conf con quella regola (la sostanza non cambia, ma
la configurazione appare piu` pulita)
