I have a totally junk perl script that does it. Haven't used it in a couple of years, but if you speak Perl all the basic logic is there. I had written it to populate a MySQL database eventually. Let me know if you want it and I'll see if I can find it. Better if you could find something else, though, but it would beat writing it from scratch.
