And what happens if a user retrieves his mail via POP? it should be deleted on both servers. this would require you to patch your POP server and IMAP server btw: the easy way to deliver to 2 machines at once is LDAP. just have 2 maildrops for every email address, 1 on either machine. if the 2nd server is down, the message will be in the mail queue.
