I was wondering if anyone is using shaper.deb to manage bandwidth. http://packages.debian.org/testing/net/shaper.html
The kernel modules that this package depends on are experimental in the 2.4.19 kernel. I would like to implement it, but I experimental kernel modules scare me on servers. -Ted
