Yes....we used only all QoS modules (for flexibility) and then use cbq init scripts (google the thingie) create your shaping policy in /etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-{policy-two-digit-number}definition. As in /etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-21outgoingbosses ...and you are on the run!...
