The "local address" side shows your ip/FQDN:port and the "foreign address" side shows the remote side ip/FQDN:port. So in line 1, a connection is established between bangus's port www and ME21-66's port 1520. The www part is the system's translation of the port number to show what service is connected to the remote side. It can also show telnet, ftp, etc, or the actual port number.
