Mail with no stamp or return adress goes to the dead letter office where it is opened in an attempt to find out who sent it. It is then returned if possible, otherwise it goes to /dev/null. What you can do though is make the spammer's address the return address and send it to a bad to: address with no stamp. The post office will then attempt to return it to the spammers' address. I don't know of what use that would be in getting revenge on the spammers.... Unless they got thousands of letters. Better to sign them up for magazine subscriptions.
