it needs to have “Bajaj – FIBC” as we are in to this business for more
than three decades and has two manufacturing companies namely
“Superpack” (ISO 9001:2000 Certified) and “ Bajaj Plastics Limited
” (ISO 9002 Certified)”. The combined manufacturing capacity is in excess of
24000 tons per year. With continuous increasing
technology and to meet the customer’s demands we offer FIBC - Flexible
intermediate bulk container which is defined as an intermediate
bulk container, made up of polypropylene flexible fabric, which is intended
for shipment of solid material in powder, flake, or granular
form. The
FIBC (Big bags) can be designed to have the capacity of 500 kg /1000
Kg/1500 kg/2000kg or so as per the individual customers requirements.
Entire process of manufacturing jumbo bags is done under one roof with all
facilities from tape extrusion to it’s finishing. We do have in house
FIBC Testing equipment. The advantage is to produce and supply
correct type of FIBC, by continuously FIBC being produced by the company. Sample
bag for any order is first tested and if it passes the test, then only bulk
production commences. The bags are tested as per the standards laid down by NEL
& EFIBCA. To promote and meet your
