I'm not a guru on these things, so please don't shoot me if this is 
stupid, but the first thing that hit me is to make a bash-script that 
checks for a file in the users area, if the file doesn't exist, touch it 
and go to the one-time-login, if the file exist proceed with usual login.
After the first time the file will be there....
