Correct. The client software is designed for and tested on Cyclades servers, and will also receive commercial support from Cyclades when used with Cyclades servers. You can use it from any Linux workstations, when one bug is fixed you will be able to use it from Solaris workstations, and most of the coding is also done for the client software on AIX, HP-UX, Unixware, and even SCO Unix (each of these platforms could be fully supported in about 2 days of coding). This software has no support for Windows workstations, there may be other software which performs similar functionality for Windows but I am not aware of it. With a 32 port device you can have 32 different Linux and Solaris workstations all using it at the same time (or a single Linux workstation could have 32 instances of the software and use all the ports). > Let me know more about it It's currently in the process of being cleared for GPL release.
