WebMin has an extension module, called UserMin, that allow authenticated user access.
I works on a separated daemon (for security purposes, i think), and you can make your own UserMin modules too. It depends on how much knowledge and time do you have to develop your own modules. Im was having the same trouble here, but i decided to write my own isp admin system. Maybe i will spend more time doing my own solution, but, i'll have total control (and no one will know how things work, avoiding hackz). []s and greetz from Brasil!
