I just dealt with this for a single customer, but I think you could hack a quick script to do it for a number of people. I think you may need root access on the old mail server for it to work. I used a command like the following to forward all of her mail after I had added her to aliases to the new address.
cat /var/spool/mail/userbox|mail -s "forward of your mail" newaddress@newdomain She reported that she got all of her mail as individual messages. I hope this helps....
