Hi all I have just tried the /bin/true trick for logins but find that ftp does not work. I use proftpd and the box tested is debian stable. Any ideas?
I have had many problems with USR modems not being too friendly with Rockwell modem chip sets which seem to be the most common down here. (Australia and New Zealand) plus USR support down here is non existent. Just importers that take your money then forget you.....
