Hum, in options (cd /usr/src/linux ; make menuconfig),
when you choose the driver for you card (rtl8139too), are u enabled this
option =>
[ ] Use PIO instead of MMIO ?
If yes, in my case, this is no very helpful and very buggy for my
network board. I disabled this option and it's OK.
