hardware recommendation

anyone have recommendation for these specifications:

motherboard that fits in 1u case
onboard lan and video
no scsi
dual cpu
upto 1Ghz cpu
price range:
$180 and under

I want to put a acceleraid on it on the pci slot
so don't need the onboard scsi like the s2510u3ng from Tyan
trying to save some money
