Mail Server Mirroring

Can anyone direct me to a proper resource (FAQ, Man, How-To) for any information
on mirroring email accounts on multiple mail servers? We have several dial-up
POPs each with a Radius/Sendmail server. We are looking at upgrading our
capabilities for virtual domain hosting and would like to have the capability of
mirrored mail accounts where the user can transparently read mail from any of our
servers.
