Not that I'm aware of. But you can try 'mii-tool', if you ethernet card
has a "media independent interface" unit.
root@kashyyyk ~# mii-tool
eth0: 10 Mbit, half duplex, link ok
SIOCGMIIPHY on 'eth1' failed: Operation not supported

Some have not though ;-)
