There is the mdbtools project (http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net), but
this is a very low-level
library, which you'll want to use only if you're developing.
And the gnome-db project (http://www.gnome-db.org) makes use of this
library to provide
MDB files access, but this is still on its early stages of development,
so there's nothing ready
for users yet.
And I don't know of other projects that may provide access to MDB files
