Compile qmail from qmail-src, and ucspi-tcp from ucspi-tcp-src.
# dpkg --ignore-depends=mail-transfer-agent \
--ignore-depends=mail-transport-agent --purge exim
...
# dpkg -i ucspi-tcp qmail
That's all :)
