I've booted off with Gentoo (https://bouncer.gentoo.org/fetch/root/all/releases/ia64/autobuilds/20220601T030345Z/install-ia64-minimal-20220601T030345Z.iso). Default parameters, i.e. without hardmemcpy. No kernel faults at all.
