use gcc-3.2 for mozilla

Mozilla version 1.0.0-0.woody.1 doesn't seem to work very well (it
crashes on many web sites).  I just rebuild mozilla with
gcc-3.2/g++-3.2 and the resulting binary seems to work much better (no
crashes in the limited testing done so far).

Would it be possible to change the debian/rules so that gcc-3.2 is
used by default (at least on ia64)?
